Even though I was put in a pet room in error it was fine. Everything was just fine all around. Desk help was pleasant. Your key use system is good. I did not get breakfast or swim so I cannot comment.
Guests seem to do well picking up after their dogs. Your clean up provisions was very good.
Negatives:
Most importantly. More hand bars are needed in the tub/shower. I had to hold on to the bathroom doorknob and stretch across the tube for the bar at the back. Then balance to lift my foot into the shower. I'm 74. I even tried to sit on the tube and swing my legs but that did not work either. You need a vertical bar or handle on the edge for one hand and the other hand may reach the present bar. The more bars the better. Secondly, I received little or no room cleaning service. My bed was never touched in any way. Only once was my garbage emptied and my dirty towels collected. I did leave the privacy sign on my door two days because I did not need anything but the other days????? With no carpet on the floors in the rooms the noise about me was bad. the dogs were quieter than people. Parking is tight but workable. Beds too high. I had to run and jump/slide into bed. I could not sit on the bed. I am 5 ft 4 in
