Negatives: We didnÂ't get a king size bed. We were given 2 queens as they were overbooked. We got a first floor room. There are stairs up to the front door, then stairs down to our room. It was a struggle bringing our ebikes to our room.

Positives: The amenities were perfect for this hotel room. The room was cleanly and everything was neat & concise. The hotel staff was efficient & courteous. We needed a toilet plunger and it was brought to our room in a timely manner-only had to call once.

Negatives: We were disappointed that there was no continental breakfast (due to Covid-19) and that this wasn't advertised when we booked. Even granola bars or something quick would've been nice to take back to our room or on the road.

Positives: Room was nice. Location was great! Check in lady was nice.
Negatives: We didn't like that there wasn't an elevator, or at least no one told us where one was. Lugging bags up a flight a stairs is very inconvenient, esp. with a bad back. Upon checkout I tried to add my rewards and the lady wasn't helpful. I was disappointed.

Negatives: NO BREAKFAST AS STATED ON WEB SIGHT POOL CLOSED BUT SAID THERE WAS A POOL ON WEB SIGHT ONE OF THE REASONS I BOOKED THERE NO MAID SERVICE CLEAN TOWELS FOR ONE DAY STAYED THREE DAYS NO IN ROOM COFFEE AFTER ONE DAY NO SERVICE BUT STILL PAID ALL THE MONEY
