Clean and quiet. Large rooms and friendly staff.

The staff was kind and always greeted everyone. Coffee was always available.
Negatives:
The hotel needs major upgrading. The sheets and pillows did not have a fresh smell. I slept with a towel over mine. The carpets are filthy. The paint color is depressing. I was glad to leave. Overall, cleanliness was disappointing. Also, I needed to turn up the temperature in the air conditioner. The buttons were missing. I will not stay there again. Others have much higher standards for equal to or less the cost.
