Positives:
Hot tub was actually hot. Breakfast was good. Facilities were of that of comfort inn.
Negatives:
Check in was unpleasant due to discovering that the freeway location was surrounded by a TRUCK STOP! SEMI TRUCKS ALL NIGHT AND DAY LONG!! The location was very unappealing and was discussed at the time prior to check in to only be treated poorly with no resolve. Since booking.com is not available for an immediate response I have no choice but to check in unless I wanted to take the loss of a two-day stay. I requested the second night be canceled and refunded and was refused by the facility. The accommodations could have been five star but the location in itself was beyond undesirable. I believe the facility should advertise that it is located at a truck stop and busy 24 hours a day.

Staff were great, parking was great, breakfast was decent
Negatives:
Was woken up at 4am by crazy buzzing fog horn sound that went on for 15min. I asked the staff about it and they laughed in sharing a guest had stopped the elevator with the luggage cart. The only thing that would have made me feel better if they shared they would either discount my room or give me a future Comfort Inn gift card.

Negatives:
If a hotel is working with third parties reservation just make sure they know the policies at least. Or dont ask for authorization forms for making sure i can stay there. Dont reserve to local ones even when u cannot stay in ur own home due to a fire? And in special not being borned here in the USA? Idk how others dont have those policies but they have it with a colombian guy, ironic. What a waste of gas and time with unuseful people.

I'll never try to book a room again there the staff was rude and the owner was an ashore they wouldn't let me stay there cause I didn't have enough on my card for deposit and wouldn't let me pay cash for deposit and won't give me a refund there idiots

Tall ceiling on 3rd floor
Negatives:
I had to upgrade, pay more, because I accidentally booked a regular king room with my husband and 2 kids. I couldve used an air matress. Paid 30% more that i was not expecting. No indoor pool as described in the booking and did not let us know the pool was inoperable during check in. All ice machines were out of service. I found our little shampoo bottle was already used because it was 2/3 full. The king "suite" has a sleeper sofa instead of another reasonable bed for the extra price. Bathroom/wash area was tiny.

Positives:
The staff was so nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It's pet friendly and had plenty of grass area to walk the dog around to and outside trash to dispose of poop bags.
Negatives:
The breakfast was included, which is great. My first night there the food wasn't very good. The fruit was bruised, and some of the bread and biscuits were hard. The second day, the juice was out. The pool was unfortunately broken down. The rest of the amenities were good, though.
