I was locked out of my room at 10pm because they said I did not tell them I had a dog. I had written in Special Requests that I was traveling with a dog. Had to leave.

Mould at extractor fan outlet in shower clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time, which, of course, leaves a terrible impression.
