Safe, clean, quiet
Negatives:
No front desk staff at 12:20am. We had an emergency at home that required us to shorten our stay. We checked in around 3:15pm. Urgent call at 12:25am required to check out at 12:45am. No front desk staff. After 10 minutes trying to find someone to check us out, a maid noticed us. I explained the need to checkout. She did not access to the reservation system so wrote a note on the key container. We were billed for two days, not one.

Breakfast was just oatmeal packets, granola bars, prepackaged muffins and coffee. First room we got was very clearly dirty, standing water in the sink, smelled very gross. One of the nightstands had an ant crawling on it. We switched rooms but the second room wasnt much cleaner, walls had stuff visibly on them, bedskirt had stuff spilled on it. We went to Safeway up the street and grabbed some Clorox wipes to clean since they didnt have another room for us to switch to and the room was non refundable.

Negatives:
It smelled awful, the room smelled like old smoke even though it was non smoking, we had to hold our breath in the stairway. The bathroom fan didn't work, the shower head sprayed everywhere but on me. The sheets were the roughest I have ever slept on and I have to go to the chiropractor after 3 nights on that mattress.
