You can hear so much through the thin walls from alll angles. The room had no microwave, the towels had hair on them, the walls literally had dried buggers on them. It was a okay place for a home base while I had surgery across town.

I booked a room via Booking.com. My husband and I both got the flu and were unable to travel. While booking.com contacted the hotel after we had called the hotel explaining our circumstances, asking them to refund our $149 for the room...it was denied and we had to pay for the room. we have stayed at Hampton Inn and been good customers to them for years. APparently that doesn't account for anything even though they easily could has rented the room out to someone else with 2+ days notice.
HAMPTON INN...YOU LOST THESE CUSTOMERS.

We loved how fresh and clean our room was. Everything was very nice.
The beds were great (pillows, linens, mattress).
The room got very dark at night and we didnt hear our neighbors either night (or at any time).
Peaceful business park location.
Highly recommend.
