Negatives: No one understands english.Full kitchen was promised but microwave was given with refrigerator and dishwasher Dishwashing was not done by staff. Additional amount was deducted for incidental and was told that the refund will cone in 5 to 7 days

Negatives: I wish the pool and hottub were 24 hours. Barely got to use it since it closed at 10pm

Negatives: Like I said sales lady very Rude I'm going to repot her and this place so is my family I communicated with several people via email asked to even come I'm early to decorate the nice lady cherry at the counter helped with relocating us so we wouldn't be too.lpid for my sons first bday she had the best xoustumer service this lady came in yelling we can be in the room talking bout its 100 bucks we said ok we will leave the front desk let us in here and she wouldn't let us shift the soor.so.the kids wouldn't keep running our she yelled in my 75 year old grandma's face come to.find out they have let people.use the room.with out paying before but with permission she didn't ask cherry so this ladys telling me she's on Bed rest ext I she pulling the doors yelling leave the door.open it.took.us.a hr and a half to decorate they knew I was having a party prior to that day I felt highly disrespect led she seemed as if she didn't like black people then she so worried bout being on bed rest but dsits in the lobby with the men drinking beer thought u where on bed rest the whole point I didn't ask for.the room the.lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful and when the demonstration lady came in to tell us to leave we whee trying to she had no respect and wasn't food at her job at all had no respect she treated me as if I didn't even pay for a room

Negatives: When we got to the hotel there was no toilet paper in the restroom and the smell of the room was awful, had to buy Spray and wipes. Was very dumbfounded when cleaning service went into the room and took a bag of personal items and when the situation was brought up to the staff they said no one had gone into the room. Check out day told front desk about it and housekeeping manager didn’t know that had happened and then tried to play it off as if her employees accidentally grab things they think is trash. Made me feel as if I couldn’t keep anything on the room because someone might go in there and take my belongings! Very unprofessional on housekeeping side.

Negatives: The consistency of the staff regarding rewards

Negatives: Not about the property. Parking should be free, if you say at the hotel.
