The hotel was next door to Starbucks, restaurants and stores. I don’t do reviews normally and wish I had nice things to say. It was clean.
Negatives:
The bed was so uncomfortable my husband and I both woke up hurting after sleeping on the bed. The couch was also hard and pretty awful.

Positives:
Clean, welcoming lobby and our room was very nice. The breakfast was better than most hotels offer. It was incredibly clean and the woman’s staffing it was wonderful and very attentive to guests.
Negatives:
Upon our arrival our reservation sent from booking.com had my name mixed up. It looked like we didn’t have a room because Booking.com changed my first name, added my maiden name, and it was a mess. It took us close to an hour to get it figured out, but thank goodness the staff stayed on it, and Identified this. So, in the end we did have a room booked thank goodness because they were full. I don’t often use Booking.com. I use Expedia and I am not too sure. I’ll come back as a customer.

Nicely located in shopping center with restaurants, Walgreens, etc. Well appointed room. Clean. Breakfast attendant kept food fresh and stocked. They have policy not to change towels, which is fine. Beds weren’t made between first and second night (DND sign not used)
