Well I reserved a king bed room and when I got there and checked in to my room I went to use the bathroom and it was obviously not clean because the toilet was covered in urine.

The staff seemed to be available. When there was an issue with the first room the front desk was quick to provide an alternate room I appreciate that.

The room was grimy and outdated, not an issue with cleaning crew more the general state of the facility and more so the room. The first room was like walking into a cigarette box however it was a non smoking room.

Front was not friendly. The towel bar was loose and there was sheetrock residue/debris on the counter from it. We were overcharged and have still not resolved the issue as they will not communicate with booking.com.
Also, the hotel did not have earplugs, which I found strange for being located against a highway.

Breakfast was good. Liked the pet area for those traveling with dogs and I look forward to bringing my dog on the next trip.

Wish there was a small fitness center. Only suggestion for the room would be more light in the shower room. It was really dark with one small light over the toilet.
