The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly. They also offered great suggestions for things to do in Lincoln City. The breakfast staff were also great, and kept the dining area very clean as well. I was all around impressed!

The King Bed room was spacious! It had a closet, fridge, microwave, a small couch and desk area. The bathroom was a bit cramped, the door opened so wide it basically hit the toilet when you opened it. But it was clean and decent, the shower pressure could have been a tad better but it wasn't the worst I've had. The bed was super comfortable!!
Negatives:
The parking lot was cramped & odd shaped, bigger vehicles took up two spots. Also super disappointing that the hot tub wasn't working and the pool wasn't heated-I wish we were notified of that before our stay so our expectations would have been lower. Also-the pictures online really make it seem like you have a nice view off your balcony but we had a view of the parking lot and busy highway, and by looking at the hotel, I think only 3 rooms maybe had an okay view of the tiny nature area next to the property.

The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good as well.

We have stayed there a couple of times now and was always comfortable but this trip was a little disappointing. The room we stayed in was roomy and had a view of the ocean from the balcony but the carpet had a terrible smell, even my husband commented on it. Smelled like dirty socks or something, It was just unpleasant. My husband said he didn't want to stay there again if he has to put up with that kind of lack of cleaning

The jacuzzi tub in the bedroom even though it wasn't clean our heater wasn't working right The fireplace didn't work right

Fireplace didn't work there was little things that should have been done in the apartment or fixed where there was mold or paint chipping or just touch up stuff general maintenance that could have been done a little bit better but otherwise everybody's personality was amazing and it wasn't okay trip overall it was just me and my son who's nine so that was fun but for value I think it could have been a little better

The walls are paper thin! We had to keep calling the front desk to ask them to call the neighbors and ask them to please keep the noise down.
They lost power to the building, no pool towels, the gym machines are all rusted and the pull wires are about to snap.
To top things off, there was used pick flossers on the floor of the bathroom along with a tub that could use a good scrubbing.

It was very quiet, even with a lot of kids around. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was surprisingly very large. The location of the hotel was very centrally located.

Elevator smelt of urine once and a while. Parking was pretty tight, tough for pickups.
