Bathroom was not very clean and shower area had some mold. 2 of the male staff members had very negative attitudes. One acted exasperated and angry because apparently he felt I did not give him a large enough tip for taking my luggage to my room. Another male staff member was leaning against the desk in the lobby lost in his phone and he purposely would not look up to make eye contact and hear what it was that I needed, even though I walked up and was directly in his field of view. Restaurant food was very mediocre. Noone looked happy to be working there.
