The room was available. The sheets were clean. Pillows were soft. Breakfast was available at n I extra cost. Staff was pleasant.
Negatives:
They threw away my bag of laundry. No replacement or compensation. I had a hoodie that cost more than one night there. All of my jeans were in there as well as my sons clothing.
There was a roach.
I was told after checking into ok the room and settling in I had to pay for ESA dogs. 30.00 per pet per night when my last stay they were 100% free. There was food in the fridge from the previous guest.

One of the specific amenities I wanted was a fail. We were there for my son‘s football game and was looking forward to the Jacuzzi, which was cold not to mention there was absolutely zero towels in the pool area. I had to send my son to get some.
