The location was great, there was several good restaurants very close less then 5 minutes away. the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what was located near by. The complementary breakfast was very good.
Negatives:
The shower curtain rod was loose at one end so the curtain would not stay closed and it let a large amount of water on the floor. The towels could of been softer.

Positives:
I loved that multi-grain waffle mix was offered. Bananas would be a great addition. Medford is the only Comfort Inn to offers warm chocolate chip cookies to guests.
Negatives:
There is no place in the bathrooms to hang a towel or washcloth. This is curiously absent in ALL Comfort Inns.
It is sad that no other Comfort Inn offers warm chocolate chip cookies to guests.

Upkeep needed kept up with. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Carpets were stained.

There were are few housekeeping items that should be looked into- Curtains were coming down, blood stain on white comforter, stains on the carpet in two different spaces. There were also a few maintenance issues that should be addressed as well.

The site stated that reservations could be cancelled
But due to a cancellation of my original plane reservation I was told I couldn't cancel the reservation. Please remove that statement about cancelling. I stayed because I didn't want to forfeit my $80.

The guy at the front desk didn’t understand much from his job. He was on the phone with his manager all the time getting instructions what to do. He didn’t slide my credit card successfully and called the police in the middle of the night to make me go down and prove a different payment method because he though I didn’t had enough money in my card and my card was declined. After that at 3am after the police came I ask him to use the same card and the transaction went through from the first time.
