Check in woman was efficient and nice. Breakfast had a nice selection including waffles so met my expectations. Gave me a first floor room which was appreciated.

The only complaint was the pool not being in use do to the pump being down and the water was beyond freezing..... This was the main reason for getting a room was for the pool and hot tub it was a birthday present but other than that no other complaints everything was wonderful....

Breakfast is okay. Shower water pressure was awesome. Beds very comfortable. Room clean. Temperature good. Easy room access. Quiet.
Negatives:
The front desk staff was unfriendly. Not mean. Just as if they didn’t want to be there. Almost made us feel like we didn’t want to be there. The atmosphere is not joyful. Bedroom TV screens are a bit too small.
