The pool was a lot smaller than anticipated and the breakfast had too many gluten free muffins and vegetarian sausages. Would have liked meat sausages and regular muffins offered as well.

We loved our stay. It was halfway from our home to our destination. It is very convenient; close to food, gas, and the freeway. The customer service agents were friendly, professional, and patient with this weary traveler. A mix-up with my reservation was daunting, but we were placed in another room with the assurance that I would not be charged for the original booking. That is where things went slightly awry. Both the hotel and Booking.com assured me I would not be charged for my original booking, but that is not what has happened. All in all, I am sure we will stay here again if we travel this year or next.
Negatives:
We liked and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Close proximity to food, gas, shopping, and the freeway. Highly recommend staying here if traveling to the Pacific Northwest and beyond. There was not anything we did not like about our stay.

This hotel was remarkable. No wasted space in the room super quiet despite being close to the I-5 . High quality fast food beside . Value was excellent. Definitely will stay here again in future trips south .

We loved the spaciousness of the room, and the temperature was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom setup was nice. The coffee & tea station was helpful as were the free water bottles at the reception desk. The front person was truly nice.
Negatives:
The sofa bed was terrible, the mattress was very uncomfortable, so one person from our group slept very poorly. The room was not set up for 5 people, despite the fact that we informed the property. The front desk person was kind enough to bring up bedding and towels. The towels are scratchy and not very nice at all.
