Check in time was not until 4PM and after driving for 8 hours we had to sit in the car for another hour since we arrived early. Per friendly but room floor was not cleaned properly and showed sign of prior pets. Paid $75 for the added and very disappointed.

Basically we had a dog (dashound) and we had to pay a fee of $50.00 which I think is unreasonable. I can agree with a deposit as some of the other hotels provide.

Friendly staff and clean room that was larger than expected. We needed to stay an extra day due to weather and they were very helpful, extending our stay.

Was trying to stay elsewhere and booking.com switched it to Medford and I accidentally missed the switch, and when requested to have the fees refunded Medford denied the request and stuck me with a bill for something I didn’t get to use!
Hence, I hate this place and recommed that everyone should do whatever they can to avoid it!!!
