This is a pet friendly hotel and I brought my pet but the room had two obvious old pee stains because they were very dark from dirt. The room needs to be shampooed.

We love the Wednesday night reception with soup and salad etc. No wine or beer this time. The staff is excellent, every time. Its a walkable property and quiet.

We had constant problems with the key entry system, and had to have maintenance come. This is an ongoing problem for them. Electrical shorting? or Wifi problem? It could affect security. They charged us $84 for our dog to stay 1-4 nights, which was not disclosed anywhere on website. Hallways were dirty with trash cans full and debris on carpet, they should get a large robot or riding vacuum. Or hire more staff. It was easy to get lost, no directory posted, stairways were NOT labeled. One staircase has a solid unmarked door. Fire Evacuation hazard.

Positives:
What a fabulous hotel and pet friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and sitting area in the lobby. The salt water pool was great, the grandkids enjoyed visiting us for a swim. The room had a separate area with a comfortable sofa and chair and TV. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with toaster, dishes, cookware and full size refrigerator. We stayed 4 nights and will definitely stay again.

That there is a separate room with a door so you can watch TV while someone else can sleep. (1 bedroom King suite). Comes with small kitchen with appliances to cook and actual small fridge to store leftovers and food.

My son got hurt at this hotel in the room to where we had to leave and go to the ER. No management in site. Hotel employee(front desk lady)no sense of urgency ,no first aid kit on hand. Not one thing about this hotel was worth our time. Terrible experience/stay.
