The room was very clean and spacious. The little kitchenette was great but no cooking utensils. The bed was very comfy. All in all I loved the room.

My room faced the highway so it was a bit noisy. I also wished they had a pool and restaurant on the premises. The kitchenette had no utensils or pots and pans to use.

Hotel is directly across street from airport.

Park n Fly was reasonably advertised, and we planned to leave our car and shuttle to airport at 4:00 a.m. Actual shuttle is not available; My Place uses a taxi service, which was running late and unable to get us to the airport in time for our flight. We ended up dragging our luggage to a neighboring hotel and using their shuttle service so we didn’t miss our flight. Very stressful!!
Upon our return, we called My Place to get a ride to hotel to pick up our car. We were informed that hotel doesn’t provide a return service unless you’re staying at hotel on your return. We were VERY tired and upset. Hotel manager agreed to call their taxi service, and we were informed they would be there in 2 hours! Our group of four exhausted elderly people ended up walking from airport to hotel to pick up our car! Never before has this happened to us. We will NEVER stay at My Place again in Medford. They should never advertise a Park n Fly package from this hotel.
