Positives: It was cheap.
Negatives: It was filthy stairs had chewing tobacco spit everywhere. There was trash up and down the hallways the drain in my room had hair growing out of it soap was a hard puck. Staff was not very friendly bed was extremely uncomfortable someone had been smoking

Negatives: I believe they gave me a Â'Standard King SuiteÂ' (Rm 313), not the Â'Superior King SuiteÂ' that I paid for. (The room had a chair, not a couch). Â'BreakfastÂ' was prepackaged pastries, coffee, and/or fruit juice.

Positives: The beds were so cumfy and not your run of the mill spring beds but actually memory foam! We loved the fact that it had wood floors and not nasty carpet. The grab and go breakfast was also good compared to others because it had fruits, juice, and yogurt.
Negatives: Other than the fact that this hotel REEKED of smoke/tobacco and that it had a lot of needed renovations, it was great value for your money overall!

Positives: Gentleman working up front was nice and easygoing. Gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste as I'd forfotten mine.
Negatives: Tiny parking lot had no outlet, all the spots but two were taken, guests double parked. After two weeks of travel and equally as much laundry, was told the laundry facilities were out of order. Soap had a horrible odor, heater had a burning smell.

Positives: Very comfortable bed and pillows, the hotel offered great amenities, Excellent free breakfast, free wifi, hairdryer, refrig, microwave & coffee maker in room. Quiet, great location near airport. Great, friendly staff. Loved the 24/7 at the front desk.
Negatives: No cover plate on the electrical outlet of the light/fan switch in our bathroom exposing wires, was told part was on order. Dark looking rear parking lot. All else was great. Was not told about the $50 room deposit added on that was refunded 2 days later.

Positives: Pet friendly. Let me check in early.
Negatives: Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Staff wasn't trained to deal with the situation. All the guests had to stand outside in the rain and cold until somebody arrived in a car to reset the alarm.
