The best staff Newburgh has...
Positives:
People were perfect.. They made sure we had a bottom floor room close to outside door and parking near the door to accommodate my disability.
Negatives:
Bed was a bit stiff. Price was higher than I wanted but people .ade up for it!

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The smell of our room was horrible. It smelled like a wet dog, and I had allergies the whole time. The room was next to the stairs so kids were ending in and out early in the morning.
When we arrived the front desk kid never told us what time was the breakfast open. I found out it was from 6-8:30 am during weekdays and until 9 on weekends... I mean who does that?
I asked to move to another room and the front desk lady and manager were very rude.
Please avoid staying in this place. Does not deserve one star. Dirty rooms, bathrooms updated living spaces.. looks very run down. Nothing like the pictures.

Good location to our nearby wedding we were attending, bed was fine, parking was fine as well.
Negatives:
The “included breakfast” consisted of frozen waffles and frozen breakfast sandwiches. Also not allowing the food to be taken upstairs was crazy. The breakfast did not have much and was not stored properly. They didn’t even have boiled eggs..

Location was good and they accepted pets which I was grateful.

Refrigerator was extremely loud, I unplugged it so I could sleep. Hotel is old and needs modern updates. They are trying to put lip stick on a pig.
Putting a dowel in the window for safety purposes or limiting the window opening is not effective.

The toilet was too low. Difficult for me to get up with my arthritic knees. The staff showed me the handicap rooms and I will definitely stay there next time.

Negatives:
My room was non smoking and had clearly been smoked in by the person before me. They had put a trash cans liner over the smoke alarm and the window was open. So clearly the room hadn't been checked or cleaned thoroughly. There were no hand towels or wash cloths in my room and the bed liner and couch were covered in stains. The TV remote felt very grimy.
