No balconies or elevators to upper floor in 2 of the buildings, it is offered in a third.

It wasn't very clean and needs repair and paint. Before sunrise whomever was in the room above us sounded they were rearrainging furniture. It was VERY frustrating! Then the maid was cleaning the room above us by 730 and my husband likes to sleep in on his days off. Needless to say he got dressed, went upstairs and blasted the young man asking him if he even realized there were people sleeping downstairs. The pool was actually very displeasing. The ceiling was peeling away significantly and it was a terrible eye sore.

the building needed some repair . the shower in the pool area was unusable and the ceiling looked like it had been leaking.

Nice place to watch the...
Positives:
The room was clean and the size was perfect for us four. Beautiful bright room with wide windows. I like that they have a Keurig coffee machine in the room. The pool was located at another building but I liked that I feel safe, card is needed to get inside. The pool was clean and temp was perfect,
Negatives:
We upgraded our room to an ocean view as told but it was not what we expected. The view was limited because there was a building in the back. It was also a struggle for us with two toddlers and a pet to climb up to the third floor. I think that the staff could have done better if we had been informed ahead, we could have made changes.
