Positives:
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast is a joke - bad coffee, an oatmeal packet but no milk, fruit, yogurt, nor hardboiled eggs. Absolute minimum. The website reads:"Free breakfast is included daily, offering an assortment of cereal, bagels, fresh fruit and more." But this isn't what the hotel offered.

Negatives:
Continental breakfast was completely misrepresented by the photos of the dining area. Not even close to what we were expecting. Coffee and instant oatmeal at a small little counter space and no tables or chairs to sit.

Positives:
Looks very nice both outside and inside. Clean, good amount of space. Liked the outdoor gazebo areas. Breakfast (not a whole lot but not bad). Quiet. Nice owner. Great price. They did nice little things like stock the fridge with water bottles, some mints/chocolates, have coffee available both in lobby and in the room.
Negatives:
Location. Its in a town that looks rundown, not very many food options around.

I didn't like it that I didn't get the floor that I prefered.I called the property after ordering and was told I could have a particular room and when I got there we were told differently.
