After Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Boise), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 2, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: the booking . com app changed the arrival date to the 14th, 15th AFTER I chose the 15th, 16th.(this was about 11pm ON THE 14TH while i was still at home!) I did not realize the change until I arrived at the hotel the eve of the 15th to check in. the staff had no sympathy and would not help, so I lost what i had already paid and had to find another hotel that night. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE!!

Negatives: I booked through booking.com two rooms. Had it confirmed. In hotel, only one room was reserved. I was charged more for the second room than through booking.com. noticed the next day. Room loud or cond. Please have extra blankets for guests. AC was loud , could not sleep.
