Positives:
The beds and even the pillows were comfortable. The best part of the hotel. Thanks for the bottle of water as well. Not every hotel does this.
Negatives:
Poor lighting in the room. Would not have been satisfactory if working at the table or reading in the bed. The placement of the heating unit right by the bed was irritating. It cycled on and off throughout the night, blowing air directly on my face. I finally turned it off. Although it was not an issue this evening, the covers were sparse. On a colder night, I would have had to go to the front desk for an additional blanket since none were in the room. Granted, COVID has affected a lot, but the breakfast room and continental breakfast were almost poor - I've had worse. Coffee pots were empty so I had to walk to the front desk for coffee. Only Apple Juice, no orange juice. The fruit selection was just bad-looking apples. Weak selection.

Hard to find room for breakfast...no proteins. Bathroom door and tolet so close hard to get in there and counter around sink very narrow, no where to set anything..

Check-in was interesting. Desk clerk was doing laundry and had to ring a damn bell. Upon entering the room, instead of a closet to hang clothes there was a piece of slat board with 6"peg hooks and 6 hangers. The hair dryer, iron and everything else was hanging off a 6"peghook. It was so incredible all I could do was laugh. Be was way too soft and the pillows too. There was a big open space in the corner where I assume a recliner used to be. The table and chairs next to the bed were for Smurf's. So low and very uncomfortable. The best part was the shower. Nice and hot but the shower head was also for Smurf's. I will be staying in Ontario, OR at least two more times in the next month but will nor stay here.
