The first room had a do not disturb sign & had not been cleaned, wet towels, dirty bathroom & bed slept in. Gross, then I questioned if others would be clean. We were moved but no apology just appeared to be bothered by having to make changes.

The hotel advertised that the rooms had balconies you could access and a working Resturant. The Resturant was closed the whole time, the gym was closed the whole time, and the balconies were bolted shut so You couldnt access.

The bar and bfast was cancelled due to no staff. Our room was so far from the front door was very hard for this gimpy girl.

The bare minimum of everything

Very quiet.
Negatives:
No coffee maker in room. Hardly any other travelers staying there but we were put in a room that required using a cart and navigating a ramp, an elevator and a long hall to load and unload our luggage. Ad said breakfast was included but front desk person never mentioned it.

The bathroom was despicable- the tile in the shower and on floor-Grout was moldy, and Smelled awful with the shower steam. Why is there no fan in the bathroom to prevent steam build up? My husband asked for a plunger, because the toilet didn't want to flush. Jennifer took his call and wasn't having luck, but tried harder to locate one. But then told my husband, she was giving up and was going to 'blow him off' because it was a difficult task. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE
