It was quiet and near my destination.
Negatives:
The bathroom was despicable- the tile in the shower and on floor-Grout was moldy, and Smelled awful with the shower steam. Why is there no fan in the bathroom to prevent steam build up? My husband asked for a plunger, because the toilet didn't want to flush. Jennifer took his call and wasn't having luck, but tried harder to locate one. But then told my husband, she was giving up and was going to 'blow him off' because it was a difficult task. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

There had to be an inch of dust on the headboard and all the furniture. Fingernail clippings on the floor and hair in both the sink and shower. It was pretty disgusting.
