The hotel accepted my reservation and charged my credit card amid the hotel was having an power outage, apprarently we could not check in. I emailed asking for refund right after that which was at least 3 weeks ago, also disputed to my bank few days after my email having no response. Until now, my bank still receives no response from the hotel either.
