Positives:
The front desk lady that greeted us was outstanding. She was so kind and welcoming and accommodating. The room itself was comfortable.
Negatives:
There was food on the floor (m&m's under the desk and chips in the closet) so I don't think the room was cleaned very well. When we woke up the first morning our bathroom stuff (vitamins, toothpaste) was covered with ants. When I let the front desk know, there was no reaction. I asked for new towels and the bathroom to be cleaned.

Jessica at the front desk was amazing. So personable and kind. She started our experience off right. She helped us feel welcome and safe. The room was really unique and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were really clean as well as the entire hotel itself. Just a great experience overall.

Nothing really too bad to say! The beds were okay on comfort level. Could be better but could definitely be way worse as well.

I really liked the location and the pool. I came alone with my two children, and the pool was a hit.
Negatives:
I didn't like how we were unable to receive breakfast the first morning we were there. The cook called in sick, and apparently, the front desk didn't know a way to tell the guests. I was frustrated because I woke my little one up so we would make it in time for breakfast. Also, we stayed two nights and our room never serviced while we were there.
