Positives:
Our room was great best one weve ever gotten compared to other times that we stayed with you guys
Negatives:
No
Positives:
This is a nice hotel that has a number of amenities. The staff was very cordial. Stayed here for the NCAA sweet 16. About a 2 mile round trip to the Moda Ctr. Perfect for our good weather. Had it been raining, you're steps away from light rail that takes
Negatives:
Prior to COVID and Portland's "defund the police" crusade this would be a great place to stay. Now, the mall across the street is largely boarded up (no majors)and most of the restaurants are closed on the weekends or gone completely. Very sad.
Positives:
Great location, nice staff, big rooms, free cookies.
Negatives:
The room was not as clean as I'd like, elevators were slow, no bell staff to help.
Positives:
I really like the view over looking the city and the security was nice
Negatives:
Well after booking the hotel there was a 23.00$ tax but when I was told that it would also be another 27.00$added for parking I was VERY disappointed
Positives:
The food at the restaurant was fine, but we had to eat in our rooms to have any heat.
Negatives:
The entire hotel was freezing cold. You had to wear coats, hats and gloves in the restaurant while you ate. We set the thermostat in our room to 85 and still had to wear layers of clothes. Our balcony door rattled in the wind, keeping us up at night.
Positives:
The staff is very friendly. It was close to where I needed to go.
Negatives:
I stayed for 4 nights, in 3 different rooms, and last night's bed wasn't the most comfortable
Positives:
Great staff, spacious room, proximity to the light-rail
Positives:
Nothing
Negatives:
How to pay for parking. It was next to a train the train was going all night Can I get no rest and no sleep

Very good
Positives:
The security!!!
It was comfortable and clean!
Negatives:
The area with the homeless was pretty screechy.
However, the security guard and key pad made up for it.
Review
The facility was beautiful and comfortable.
Positives:
Nice experience to stay. However, it was costly. At least parking should be complementary.
Negatives:
Parking must be complementary.

Good
Positives:
The location is decent. The Max is right there. The bar/restaurant food was good; I really liked the blackened salmon and shrimp. The cob salad with salmon was good. The drinks were mixed well.
Negatives:
Oh my, this list is a long one, I haven't had to write a review like this in a while. Although I didn't have a choice when I travel I pretty much always stay at a Hilton if it is an option because I have always been pretty happy with my stays.
I was traveling for an event at this hotel. I didn't book with the group because I missed the date so I booked through Booking.com; no problem the price was basically the same as if I had purchased in the block. I reached out to Sara who was in charge of the event block and she got me all settled in so I would have a room with everyone else and that my parking would be free.
I get to the hotel and I am checking in and they try to charge me for parking...Thankfully this time around the young man says no problem and removes the charge. Then he says the hold is $50/night; I have never had to pay per night but whatever. Thankfully I try to travel with a buffer.
I had requested at reservation a fridge for meds in my room. I was told first come first serve from the get with Sara. So I asked to be put on the waiting list since none were available the night I checked in. The young man said there were checkouts with fridges and I was one of the first 3 on the list so he was pretty sure I would get one.
Fine; meds on ice for the night and morning no biggy.
I get up to my room; the hallway has a hint of pot smell. It was light enough I thought maybe I just happened to walk through the hall after someone had been smoking it outside.
I get into my room and it isn't clean but it's not the worst I have seen either, go to take a shower and find a thumb-sized hole in my towel. The bathroom floor is sticky. The bathroom door is two different grays; due to touch up with a different color. I found a toenail on the floor while doing yoga, the artwork is out of date and looks like a fish butt.
I didn't ever get a fridge but a friend of mine who checked in the next day (after me) got a fridge.
