My son (18) was denied his reservation due to his age although it clearly stated on the website 18 and older. He was told that they only have rooms to 21 and older.
He drove 120 miles to get there with his girlfriend on Valentine's Day only to be denied at the door.

The cleaning lady was extremely friendly and made sure we had what we needed. She was the only good part of my stay. And she probably deserves way more than what she’s being paid.

My 1st room they put me in the heater didn’t work and had no microwave or mini fridge, the 2nd room had one bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds and it only had a microwave with no mini fridge, the 3rd and final room I was moved to had 2 beds, mini fridge, and heater but the hot water didn’t work in the shower.

I arrived and was still...

Nothing this place was a hell hole.

Customer service was horrible, hidden fees when I arrived they asked for my card and charged another $60 for a “deposit”. That I have yet to receive, first they gave me a room without a window curtain. Second when I called to let customer service to let them know, it was very difficult to understand and communicate with him. They switched me rooms from 133 to 112 which had a bucket under the sink because the pipes were broken. The TV looked like it belonged in the 90s. The shower curtain look like they bought it at dollar tree. Also no parking for semi’s, the place is also in a sketchy area.
