Positives:
The best thing about this hotel was.There was a parking lot across the street where you could park your car. It gets a little annoying when every time you have to valet your car you have to tip every time you go in and out it gets a little expensive.
Negatives:
I've never seen a more muldier bathroom in my life. Mold all in the gruot mold all over the windows. And there's a club on the other side of the hotel , so you just hear the music all night long.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.
Negatives:
We had to switch rooms because the heat wasn't working in the first room we got. Also had to be escorted to our room because the electronic key system was not working.

The staff. There wasn't a single person who didn't meet/exceed our expectations.
Negatives:
Location. It was central to everything we needed which was great, but the surrounding area was not good. The hotel did a great job keeping it away from the front of the hotel and keeping that area clear/safe. Use the valet!!!

We loved the room! It was cozy, had a beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, swivel TV. It was close to everything and we were able to visit every thing we planned to.
Negatives:
The location can be loud on weekend nights and the area can seem a little sketchy and quiet.

Positives:
The hotel was clean and comfortable, good bar/restaurant in the lobby (service was adequate but not very friendly in the bar), the highlight of the hotel was bell man and front desk staff! So friendly and very informative on many things including recommending a great restaurant and the neighborhoods around the colleges we were visiting.
Negatives:
Downtown Portland is still pretty sketchy and deserted. The hotel was convenient to restaurants and close enough to Powell's to walk, but we walked through many areas where people were camping on the sidewalk and the parking lot across the street from the hotel was a bit loud and "busy" in the night.

Misleading description. This property has NO parking besides Valet parking for $50/night. Very small rooms. Hotel is a converted office building. Cheap toiletries. Paper thin walls. Could hear every conversation in the hallway and TVs next door. Dirty too
