They would not honor the reservation made through Booking.com. I had a confirmed reservation and they would not give me a room, because they were out of queen rooms, and would not give me a King room that was available. Wanted me to pay $50 more than my confirmed reservation. Turned me away and told me it was because I used a third party reservation system. Suggested that I go to another hotel.

The phone in the room didn't work, but renovations were being done, which could be the reason. I had my cellphone, so I was able to contact the front desk that way. Not a deal breaker. Still a great hotel.

Under construction (which hadn't been mentioned before arrival), phone in room didn't work- known before our arrival and not mentioned until I tried to reach front desk and had to elevator to the lobby for an extra towel, put in room with connecting door and could hear neighbor's TV and 6 am alarm clock
