The hotel has a great view. We received superb service from the restaurant staff. The food was great. Hotel staff was friendly. And the hotel is in a good location.
Negatives:
The room we got was facing the parking lot, which I get that you get what you pay. But the parking lot had a lifting crane in it for all the time of our stay. The hotel feels old with creaky elevators. The bed was creaky. The room could use complementary water. We didn't feel that we were welcome to go stroll the property as that's what sold us. When we checked in, we were shown the room quickly and none of the introduction of the hotel and facilities, like you get some time from hotels with great facilities in great locations, was made. Our stay not being in summer might be a factor on it. Overall, it was okay but we could have had the same experience somewhere else.
