Shuttle service was able to leave for the airport very early in the morning.
Negatives:
Pool was closed and we had to be transported to another hotel. No complementary breakfast and nothing even offered if you have to catch an early flight. Hard to get a hold of a real person working at the hotel. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails.

We stayed here out of necessity. We live 30 minutes away but had a flight the next morning with snow and ice going on. It worked out well. We were able to pay to check in early (8:30 am). We brought our own food and with the fridge and microwave in the room , had a great time. The shuttle is very good and dependable . We had often parked there on short trips, as it is near the airport, and now have stayed there as well, and would again

Breakfast chef prepared - delicious! Shower was full, abundant & hot!

They are a park n fly (too) so the lot was over full, cars parked in spots that should not have been parked there, the front desk acted like "yeah thats the way it is", when asked why the sign on the pool door said "temporary closed"
They acted like they weren't aware of it, then offered a shuttle to another "sister hotel" to use their pool... Then they did not release my credit card deposit for 30 days - I had to dispute the charge, to get it back! Very uncool...cannot recommend staying there, a good breakfast just doesn't smooth over all the other disappointments. [I've built great family memories here with my kids & their friends w/BD parties, pool open 24/7, great front office doing all they could to make your stay unforgettable - things have changed.!

Difficult to find parking due to using the same parking area for people that want parking only, I had to park along the curb. Hotel needs some serious remodeling updates. Noise A/C falling apart, old carpet and furniture. Kind of disappointing being a Holiday inn.
