Location was good for walking to the Crystal Ballroom.
Negatives:
Nothing in the neighborhood unless you are going to the Crystal Ballroom or a soccer match. No restaurants (or retail businesses of any kind) within a several-block radius of the property.
They said they would send me a receipt, but they never did. They overcharged me and haven't responded to the three messages I have sent since staying there.

I liked the overall decor of the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a noisy neighbor yelling in the middle of the night and the staff member addressed it immediately.
Negatives:
The room was quite small, if you don’t need a lot of space then it wouldn’t be an issue. The parking garage is next door and the access door was locked my whole stay. While the overall noise level was okay, the walls were thin and could hear the room next to us when they were noisy.

I felt "nickel and dimed." Parking is a $40 fee for each night. That was not included on the booking page. Beware! For breakfast they give you a $15 voucher, but (surprise!) most items on the menu are more than $15, so you will end up paying.

I liked the kitchen staff. They waitress and the chef were incredibly kind and accommodating to my severe allergies and requests.

The person who checked me in treated me poorly. My debit card had been lost, it was midnight and they wouldn't accept apple pay to pay for incedentals. She wouldn't assist with a solution.
