The staff is by far the best I've encountered in recent memory. They were super friendly and approachable, happy to help and when my husband left some stuff behind, they were extremely helpful in getting it back. The room was absolutely beautiful, the design aesthetic is really interesting, the ceilings are huge and it really feels more like an apartment than a hotel room.
I'll be staying here again, no doubt.

The hotel has a cool look. We liked the second floor lounge.
Negatives:
The shower has a glass half-wall with no shower curtain or door, so the bathroom floor gets flooded after showers. Having to mop the floor with towels is not my idea of comfort. There is no place to dry them either. Very little room to unpack clothes in rooms for 4. The water filter next to the gym had a red filter signal and despite my requests was not fixed in the 4 days we stayed there. Some towels were torn and seemingly clean, but permanently stained. Maybe from being used as rags to mop up flooded bathroom floors?
