Negatives: Outdated room. The bathrooms are severely outdated and in poor shape. The jets in the tub were broken. The bathroom was minimally stocked. It felt like the Holiday Inn. This was the premium suite- imagine that!

Negatives: We enjoyed the beautiful design and presentation of our room.

Negatives: When I booked I was told parking was included, when I stayed I had to pay 100 bucks. I won’t stay here or recommend this place. They will say it’s bookings fault, booking says it’s their fault. I don’t care, 100 dollars was stolen from me at this hotel by its staff.

Negatives: Musty smell

Negatives: The housekeeper just walking in without knocking first

Negatives: The heat did not work very well in the adjoining room with the bunk beds. It stayed pretty chilly.

Negatives: it was a little far from Downtown

Negatives: No complaints. Need to be careful when using Booking.com - some confusion regarding the fact that I booked a room with free parking - that did not show up when we were checking in.

Negatives: Parking. The check in guy said that the only parking they had was very high cost valet parking. They then said there was street parking outside, but they did not recommend it if there was anything of value in the car. Since we had been traveling, we had many belongings in a roof top carrier that could not be conveniently be removed for a two night stay. He also said there was a public inside structure down the street that had security cameras and other protections. I thanked him and went to park the car. What he didn’t tell me was that the public lot had very low ceilings and that the posted height limit was not visible at night. As a result, entering the lot destroyed the roof top carrier. I explained the situation to the clerk, who apologized. I asked for a form they used for guests to request reimbursement for damaged property. He said they didn’t have one but that he would leave a note for his manager to read in the morning. He also said the hotel would comp me for that nigh’s parking. I thanked him but said that I had already paid for the parking and that they had no other safe parking to offer me. After breakfast. I stopped at the desk and asked a more senior person if they had received a note from about the situation. He was very curt and told me that they were not liable for damage to customers’ property off hotel property. I said that the hotel had directed me to the parking lot, was very precise in describing the security precautions but said nothing about the unusually low height limits. He interrupted me and said “hotel staff did not direct you to the garage. You were given options.”When I said that was a narrow and inaccurate description of what staff told me, he interrupted me and said “since you are threatening litigation,here’s the card of the senior manager.” As I told him I was not threatening litigation he turned and walked away.
