Positives:
The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We arrived tired after 14 hours of flying and they helped us order food.

The queen rooms are fairly small- we will reserve king rooms next time.

We like to go here when we travel to Portland because the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. The rooms have always been clean to my standard for the price. Not friendly.

I was not real impressed with the staff either time we have stayed here however. They are not very friendly. It feels like they are on auto pilot and thats it.

There were no issues checking in after midnight, but the shuttle promised ended up being a Lyft. I'm glad I knew to call to request it. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hot breakfast was cold at 8:30. The biscuit was old and crumbly, but there was a good selection of other items to eat.

Friendly staff, very clean pool/spa/rooms, comfortable bed, solid foodservice breakfast. Wifi was solid and let me stream video well.
Negatives:
Room smelled like smoke, TV was old, small and with limited connectivity/channels. Area didn't seem that secure and a homeless person was allowed to wander the halls/elevator.
