Negatives: Yes! I did not like or appreciate the lack of customer service or quality of service. Not only was the room not clean the bathroom literally had human waste sitting by the toilet as well as bugs and black mold. Not impressed at all!

Negatives: I interacted with the hotel before and after booking. Didn’t get the requested view I was told I’d have. Difficult contact for guest services. Rude guest services. No ice or freezer. Room was very dusty.

Positives: Location to see the water and walk along a trail.
Negatives: When I arrived the heat was broken and someone had to come fix it. (Maintenance was very kind and prompt.) There was a smell of someone smoking in a nearby room that wafted in through the walls or heating ducts. Food scraps on the floor.
