The view was really nice
The wifi didn't work, and I didn't get my deposit back. They said it was sent back, but I never received it
Our room was not as clean as it should have been. Around the nightstand and the floor around the bed especially

The hot tub bubbles were out of order, and there was loud construction going on all day
Courteous, polite staff, especially at check in. Good location, have stayed here before. Ample parking.

Yes! I did not like or appreciate the lack of customer service or quality of service. Not only was the room not clean the bathroom literally had human waste sitting by the toilet as well as bugs and black mold. Not impressed at all!

The kitchen staff and housekeepers were great. Polite and cared.
I interacted with the hotel before and after booking. DidnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢t get the requested view I was told IÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢d have. Difficult contact for guest services. Rude guest services. No ice or freezer. Room was very dusty.
Location to see the water and walk along a trail.
When I arrived the heat was broken and someone had to come fix it. (Maintenance was very kind and prompt.) There was a smell of someone smoking in a nearby room that wafted in through the walls or heating ducts. Food scraps on the floor.

Location. Cleanliness. Staff were personable, friendly, and supportive the entire week+ of my stay while my husband underwent cancer surgery st a nearby hospital.
Softer towels and better quality pillows and bed linen.
Staff was very understanding and helpful.
Phone in room did not work and room service thought it would be a good idea to go around knocking on rooms at 0800 to service rooms. Wayyyy to early for that.
