Front desk lady is very friendly and room is big enough and shuttle bus is quite convenient. She said if I want to go to cascade shopping mall I can also use a shuttle bus too that’s great.

The staff were very nice. The shuttle was easy and on time. The bed was comfortable.

The lock on the door was broken, the desk was broken, the phone didn’t work. As a woman traveling alone I did not feel safe.

Really safe location very close to PDX. Room was very clean and spacious, the shuttle was ponctuel and efficient. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Good budget option for an early morning flight.

Room outdated and tub was dirty. Room very run down. No elevator on property, had to carry bags up a flight of stairs. Staff not friendly nor courteous. One staff member didn't even notice me at the counter and was eating and looking at their phone.

This place was fantastic!! They had a washer and dryer so I could wash my clothes. I loved the little aread where you could buy frozen meals to prepare in your room in the microwave. The bed was so comfortable and although it is near the airport, you really could not hear it in the room we were staying!! BONUS!!! The front desk staff were incredible!! She even walked us to our room. *so sweet* We did have to pay extra to park. Haven't quite figured that one out. But, it was a gated parking lot and you had to obtain a ticket to get iin and they validate it when you get to the front desk. You get another one when you leave the parking lot and they validate when you return. Only one way in and one way out. We have already decided that we will stay here next year when we return as it is much closer to the event we will be attending!!! Looking forward to it.
