Positives:
We stayed during the ice/wind storm, and had to extend our stay a couple of times. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was quite satisfying and the marketplace had enough basic supplies to feed us when the roads were impassable.

It’s really busy, occasionally we were forgotten about when it came to housekeeping & restocking needs. I typically would go to front desk & ask or try to catch a housekeeper in the hall if I needed anything.

My check in was great and quick! The front desk clerk was amazing she was very friendly. I will return because of her hospitality.
Negatives:
The room had a musty odor the couch had stains, the closet door was broken the door crevices in the closet were dirty. After checking out I couldn't close the door the door lock got stuck I mentioned to the front desk she stated it happens.
