Beautiful hotel. Super friendly staff. The staff was my favorite part.
Negatives:
They need better housekeepers. Maybe think about doing room checks. I am a house keeper and there was so much not cleaned.

Location was great and we loved seeing the river from our room. The walking path behind the property along the river was an unexpected bonus.

Great location, value for money...

Clean modern well located and loved the balcony

Room was not ready at 7 pm when we arrived even though check in was at 4 pm. We went to dinner and were told they would call when it was ready. At 10 pm we still hadn’t heard from anyone that it was ready. After a long day of travel, it was disappointing not to be able to check in and then to be forgotten. Also we had to pay $29 a day to park. We had to ask that be waived due to the check in hassle

My boyfriend birthday weekend

The parking was handy and the limited service nature of the property makes it a quiet riverfront retreat. However, it is disconnected from everything in the city. If that is what you want, then this is the best hotel within a 6 minute Uber ride to the center.
Negatives:
The rate was too rich for the property and location. The additional charge for parking also was not well announced. Once combined the charges would have persuaded me that I could have stayed in town rather than at this location for a few dollars less. I would also have saved on the Uber rides into town that the location forces. The hotel was relatively empty and my visit should have resulted in a riverside upgrade at least - rather than an interior room. This location is a food desert. There was nothing nearby that was open when I arrived and even less to eat at the hotel. Seems like they could make a better plan for late arrivals who announce (like I did) that I was arriving after 9 at night - maybe an advisory of some sort.
