Location. The shuttle. And the bed. Those were the only positives for me.

Room wasn't ready until 30 minutes AFTER check in time. No discount or even a sorry. Check in process is super unorganized, and they must have double booked my room because someone had access to my room right after I checked in, but luckily, my door latch stopped them from entering completely.

Exceptional help from staff, inquisitive and thoughtful from the beginning. Provided details most places don't, asked questions that helped them make informed decisions in the future. Very communicative about access to facilities and locations of necessary goods/services.
Negatives:
Airport adjacent means nothing you can do about location/rate at which turnover exists for a hotel of this sort. Pool services were not accessible but appeared to be due to maintenance rather than something obscure.

Negatives:
Part of the coffee pot was missing. Not enough hand towels or wash cloths. Apparently, the maid had to leave mid-shift due to an emergency (which I completely understand) so the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We were missing a shower curtain but I called front desk and they immediately brought one. No coffee on hand and no continental breakfast.
