Staff is Absolutely Fantabulous (Abigail) is who Greeted me and was Literally The Warmest and Freindliest and Most Professional Courteous Reception I've ever gotten from Any Hotel or Motel! And Not Just When I Arrived But THROUGHOUT My Stay! Most Places are Friendly When You Check in But then the Service goes Down from there! And it's Difficult to find Hotel/Motels who are pet friendly and I was So Surprised and Speechless When I Arrived To Find My Dog's Name on The Welcome Board

The duvets on top of beds were too much. Kept falling off me at night. So asked for another sheet and they put regular blankets on bed then I was happy as a lark

Customer service was top notch! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were also accommodating for earlier check-in when I inquired about luggage storage. This was our first time staying Pineapple but it won’t be the last.
