Every thing was perfect, location is in the downtown close to water front and all stores , Mr Kennedy at front desk was fantastic ,, complimentary water was provided at the time of check in with a beautiful still bottle.

Hot rooms. Yes a fan was provided, but since the windows only open so far...it's really hard to cool the rooms down. Also, no Microwave in the room. Parking was an additional charge of $25/night and had to be paid separately.
