Fairly new building. Beds are comfortable. Good soundproofing. Pleasant stay despite a couple of issues; if you don't have to have a bathtub you will like it here. The best thing I can say about it is that it is very clean!
Negatives:
All the rooms have showers, and we really wanted a bathtub. Two microwaves didn't work properly; the second one they gave us had rice scattered in it. Front desk wasn't nice when I reported the second one had the wrong glass plate and didn't spin right.

Outstanding in all ways. We stay in hotels nearly year round so we have a better understanding of standards etc. This hotel exceeded all others we have visited this year!

Room had crumbs on wall, red spots on the wall in bathroom and room. There was dirty spots all over the bathroom. Hair on the sink.

The staff put me in a different room then I had booked and when I asked for the right room she told me she had sold it to someone else. And paying was very difficult since they only took the chipped credit cards.

Was expecting a better experiance then what I got and I wish I could be giving a more positive revie

The desk clerk had no mask on. About 20 people were in the lobby and outside front door. From children to grandmother none had a mask on. The clerk said they were all her family members. I wasvery uncomfortable and dont feel it was a safe from covid zone.
