Our room wouldve been great if it werent for these things:
-creaky spots in the floor
-no AC/air moving of any kind
-no exhaust fan in bathroom
-very very loud elevator chime that can be heard sown the hall

The decor- beautiful hotel and location conveniently able to walk to stores/shop around. Valet gentleman as nice to advice us on different parking options :)
Negatives:
There is No Breakfast (booking.com should stop advertising as free breakfast with bookings!). However, they offer coffee & tea (and some breakfast granola bars) for limited hours in the morning. Plus valet parking at hotel is about $50/day. And the room service was half way done on our last day with bed sheets half tucked in and face towels left on counter- strange! As if they stopped working midway to cleaning the room :(

Good, central location. Easy to find.
Negatives:
The room was advertised with breakfast but it was only when we got to reception that we learned breakfast had been withdrawn some weeks or months earlier. However, Booking.com was still showing it as being included. I particularly do not like that, when I tried to get compensation for that, it was denied.

The front desk staff were exceptional. Professional, hospitable, welcoming, kind and helpful. Also, the creative design of the rooms and throughout the hotel are fantastic for anyone who appreciates art. Cleanliness was superb - my room was spotless.

Beautiful throughout. Our room was so luxurious and spacious. The valet personnel were so helpful and efficient. The staff at reception were super friendly.

I thought we were getting a continental breakfast included in our price. This is why we booked our stay here. I wanted to save a bit of money. But the restaurant was closed and they only offered coffee and tea and granola bars. Nice but doesn’t really equate to a continental breakfast. No pastry or eggs or toast. Was disappointed. But still a lovely stay.
