Exceptional
Positives:
Beautiful building, classy and elegant decor. The location was perfect for us to walk a few blocks to Powell’s books & Sizzle Pie. The room was small but felt bigger with the tall ceiling and large window. We loved the coffee shop & in house made delicious pastries in the morning. Best scone of my life! The provided my pup with a bed, bowls & treats. The valet is on the pricy side, but worth it to have help with luggage & car.
Negatives:
A few small things would be the toilet was loose and would move when used. We also had to call and ask for robes as there were none in the bathroom. We also had trouble with the internet and were not able to connect to it after several tries and calls to the front desk.

Positives:
Added price stuff with minimal response as to why- just presented as a given,(30$ daily fee for?) Small room, clearly the worst of the worst, prime price paid in cash. Have stayed in much better places (embassy suites, etc.) for much less.
Outside window is a wall, actually a walled up wall.
I have to believe we were given the worst room in the hotel. Almost seems vindictive.
No closet, minimal storage, tiny bathroom with smallish shower. Pictures speak for themselves.
It's a tiny room, honestly, a closet of a room.
Much, much better deals, I was fooled by the superficial reviews online Not happy.
Service matter of fact with emphasis on making additional sales. Again, not happy.
Great location, bed seems great. Has small fridge. TV has adjustable back.
No coffee in room, they charge for coffee in lobby. It's pretty good coffee.

Positives:
Cute building, meh lighting in the room.
Negatives:
I hated the $30 destination fee. What a rip off!
Also I booked a city view but they tried to give me a room with a half window view of the ventilation shaft and curtains that wouldn’t open. So disappointing. Happily they let us change rooms. Also the room lighting was depressing and dim rather than warm and cozy. Come on! Lighting is important!!! The bathroom lighting was good though. Oh and the WiFi did not work in the room, Marriot-style. These crappy chains and their bunk tech!

Positives:
Vey comfortable bed, fun decor, staff was so kind.
Negatives:
Wish there was a small coffee maker in the room, but not a big deal.

I would definitely stay here...
Positives:
We were warmly welcomed by Paul, General Manager from the hotel. The hotel is a beautifully renovated old building- super stylish and a little quirky. Loved the color scheme! Very comfortable beds, especially loved the headboard, the crisp sheets and the nice bathroom. There is a cafe in the lobby with very good coffee and excellent, high quality pastries. Perfect location!

Exceptional
Positives:
The main floor layout is very cozy and inviting. I like that they have the restaurant, coffee shop, and bar in the building so you can choose to stay in the comfort of your hotel and still be sociable and have a nice time. The Decor is also nice. I also liked that they locked the entrance doors of the hotel from the outside after a certain time, made me feel safer.
Negatives:
The room size is pretty compact which I wasn’t the biggest fan of but decided to appreciate it for its cozy size. The option of a closet would also be nice and they didn’t have an iron but they did have a steamer, I like to have an iron it’s quick and no fuss.
