The Maintenance man was able to get me back in my room when the door lock wouldn't acknowledge my key.
Negatives:
Was informed that my friend and his dog need to be on room reservation. I didn't know if he was staying the night but had to contact Booking.com and have them change it because they don't have anything to do with my reservation. She started out crabby and short with me but after listening to the Booking.com customer service person she said was keeping it like it was because the lady was not understanding what I needed. She was a nicer person after hearing what I was dealing with. I'm very upset that my afternoon was ruined because of the Booking.com customer service employee not understanding what was needed. There was a no cancelation policy on this room. Booking.com was trying to cancel my room and make another reservation which would have cost me more money to rent the same room. Not happy with Booking.com
