The evening front desk staff member was excellent. He was able to come to our room and get the TV working which was greatly appreciated.
The morning was disappointing. While staff was pleasant, the facility had a landscaping crew blowing in bark entirely too early. That was a big oversight from a customer service point of view.

The complimentary breakfast exceeded all expectations. I wasn’t expecting so many hot dishes with 2 different kinds of omelets and sausages, but plenty for vegans too!!
The room was very comfortable and had everything we need. The view off the balcony of the Umpqua River was beautiful!

Little better lighting in the bathroom. Easier key pad entry into the room.

Positives:
The property is super clean and conveniently located. The room was preheated before we arrived, which was nice. The hotel is pet friendly, which was a plus for my mother-in-law, who is traveling with us with her small 2 pound dog.
Negatives:
I did notice that the spa was out of order when we arrived, but that was OK because everything else was on point and super clean and tidy. Also, the cleaning crew was amazingly friendly, all smiles, and very professional.

It is excellent in all the aspects. I recommend this hotel if you are staying in South Oregon. The views and comfort were excellent.

We were not acknowledged on multiple instances when we thanked the staff or smiled. That turned our holiday mood off for a while.

It was on the river and the views were beautiful. Breakfast was great Good choices. Key word choice. Only ONE issue. The lighting in the room was totally inadequate! The bathroom especially. Had difficulty doing make up and hair.
